We always suggest to order a sample before placing a larger order as our tiles are made to order and nonrefundable. Our wooden tile samples typically ship within a week. On Occasion, Hardwood tile patterns are out of stock and may be on back order. If this is the case, it may take up to 2 weeks for your sample to ship.
